What qualities do you look for in employees?

We look for employees that are experienced in the trade and also look for longevity of previous employment history (not a guy that will jump to the next place for a $1).  Most of our employees are long term and most our management is made up of 10+ year employees, some over 20 and 25 years, not counting ownership of course.  Depending on the position, we may require certain computer skills as well as cleanliness and professionalism because they will interact with customers directly. Previous safety training is a bonus.
